The package includes a stainless steel 76mm diameter downpipe with a 200 cell racing catalyst for the Audi A3 TT 1.8T 180HP Quattro. The downpipe is designed to reduce back pressure, relieving the turbo and resulting in increased power, torque, and lower exhaust temperatures. It may be necessary to reprogram the post-catalytic converter sensor. The downpipe is made of stainless steel, except for the flanges which are made of steel to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free fit. The flange surfaces are machined. It has 2 lambda probe connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The 200 cell catalyst has a diameter of ø 120mm. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system, with the connection to the exhaust being original. It can support a maximum power of up to 400HP, but other components such as the exhaust system, fuel injectors, manifold, intercooler, and turbocharger must also be upgraded, and the software must be adjusted accordingly. The downpipe is also compatible with upgrade turbochargers like the K04-001 plug & play.
