Description:

- The downpipe is installed between catalytic converter and exhaust system. It could be bolted to the original cat or you can use our plug&play 200 cell cat with article number 340106. It features a cross section of 76mm (original 54mm), an Interlook flex hose is installed. The larger downpipe reduces back pressure, unburdens the turbo, and allows for more performance, depending on installed components up to 450HP. The pipe is bent and welded only at the flex section and flange. To connect to the original exhaust system, a reducer from 76>54mm is used, but usually, larger exhaust systems are utilized for tuning.

If the measurements with the larger downpipe 76mm 220178 are within the tolerance range, you will receive a component certification according to § 19 (§) StVZO. This allows you to register the downpipe without any issues.
