Downpipe for Audi S3 8L, Audi TT 8N 225PS ø 76mm Stainless Steel

The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces the back pressure, relieving the turbo which results in more power, torque, and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-cat probe must be reprogrammed. The downpipe is made of stainless steel, except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping, thus preventing leaks.  The flange surfaces are machined and the V-band connection is male / female, thus self-sealing and self-centering. The connection to the turbo features a three-hole flange with a V-band connection. This is then connected to the first pipe section of the downpipe, allowing the top part of the downpipe to rotate. There are 2 Lambda probe ports M18x1.5mm and an interlock flex pipe welded in. The downpipe sits between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The exhaust connection is as original.

A 200 cell catalytic converter is recommended. Power output up to max. 450HP can be achieved, however, other components such as Exhaust System, Injection Nozzles, Manifolds, Intercoolers, Turbochargers must also be installed and the software adapted accordingly. The downpipe can also accommodate upgrade turbochargers like K04-023 plug & play. The downpipe is replaced 1:1 with the original.
