The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieves the turbo which in turn brings more power, torque and lower exhaust temperatures. The post-cat sensor may need to be reprogrammed. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are milled. There are 2 lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The 200 cell catalytic converter has a diameter of ø 100mm. The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is as original. A performance up to max. 400HP can be achieved, of course, then other components such as Exhaust system, Fuel Injectors, Manifold, Intercooler, Turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted to it. The downpipe is also compatible with upgrade turbochargers like K04-001 plug & play.
Registration according to §21 StVZO must be carried out by an officially recognized expert. Registration cannot be guaranteed. Since the exhaust behavior depends on several properties such as exhaust temperature, engine power, displacement, etc., the specified Euro norm cannot be guaranteed.
