Borgwarner upgrade turbocharger KKK K04-001 for Audi A3 1.8T, Golf 4 1.8T compressor wheel 60>46.5mm up to 300PS

- The basis for this turbocharger is the Borgwarner K04-001 53049500001 used in transversely mounted Audi / Seat / VW 1.8T engines and features a milled compressor wheel from the  Audi S3 8P K04-064 and a specially cast compressor housing. The charger  fits almost 1:1 and replaces the original. All connections are as original, except for the inlet from the specially cast fresh air housing which is slightly larger, ø 60mm,  thus the intake hose must be modified. The software must be adapted to the turbo. To achieve a performance of about 300HP, the following must be installed:Silicone intake hose, injection nozzles 380ccm, Intercooler Kit, upgrade manifold, Downpipe 76mm with 200 cell cat and at least a 63.5mm exhaust system. With the right ECU adaptation, up to 300HP is possible. We source the turbo from a German Borgwarner representation.
