Our exhaust systems come from Friedrich Motorsport. Before the systems are released to the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always fitted directly to the vehicle, subjected to a sound test, and the engine efficiency and backpressure are measured. This guarantees 100% fitment and engine harmony. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, turbocharged engines do not require exhaust backpressure. Absorption silencers are used for turbocharged vehicles, while chamber systems are used for naturally aspirated engines. Both are very effective in reducing noise and still provide a powerful, sporty sound (which is, of course, subjective). Most sport exhaust systems have EC approval (see description).
