We offer a wide range of tuning parts for the Audi A4 B6 Saloon 1.6, 1.8T, 1.9 TDI, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8 + Quattro. Most parts are plug and play, i.e., the original part is replaced, and the tuning part is installed again without modifications or with minimal adjustments. This saves a lot of work, money, and time.

Turbochargers

The core of the 1.8T, besides the engine, is the turbocharger. We offer various  upgrade turbochargers such as the K04-015 with a larger compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and a reinforced wastegate plug and play, as weaker wastegates may not be able to sustain boost pressure at a certain level and start to flutter, thus stronger wastegates are needed. As a rule of thumb, from an opening pressure of 0.5 Bar, the wastegate can achieve a holding pressure of about 1.3 Bar and then begins to flutter. This makes max. 300HP possible. The turbocharger looks almost identical to the original. We have original Borgwarner in our range as well as our own brand „Turbo-parts.de“ which we have been successfully selling for over 13 years. These are all finely balanced and have a long lifespan. To ensure the turbocharger gets enough exhaust gases, an appropriately large exhaust manifold is required. Here we also offer upgrade manifolds with a larger pipe cross-section that can be easily swapped with the original manifold. For conversions with universal turbochargers such as GT28 Turbo or GT30 etc., a manifold with the matching flange T25 or T3 is required, which we also offer. If your exhaust housing for your original turbo or upgrade turbo is cracked/damaged, you can also purchase it from us.

Just having the turbocharger is not enough. Of course, the surrounding parts must also be replaced to extract the optimal performance from the engine.

Exhaust Technology

To generate as little backpressure as possible, Downpipes with a larger pipe diameter e.g. 76mm are needed, to relieve the turbo and produce less exhaust backpressure. We also offer these with TÜV and with 200 cell or 100 cell sports catalytic converters.

To achieve a sonorous sound and therefore allow enough exhaust gases to escape, we carry sport exhaust systems usually from Simons from Sweden with EC-approval, i.e., they do not have to be registered and can be legally used in road traffic.

Intake

With upgrade turbochargers or performance-enhanced engines, the original intake hoses tend to collapse which leads to power loss. We offer  silicone hoses e.g. intake hoses or boost hoses that stand up to the power. To increase airflow, sports air filters as well as larger intake manifolds ensure optimal ventilation. Blow-off valves also known as pop-off or SUV, are indispensable for the 1.8T, as they must also be closed, otherwise the air mass sensor misses the air diverted into the atmosphere when calculating. Due to this, open valves are not suitable for the 1.8T with the original injection system.

Power Transmission

To transmit the power to the road, sport clutches are essential. We have complete kits with single mass flywheel, pressure plate, friction plate with organic lining, and release bearing that are also street drivable, spring-loaded sintered metal discs are also suitable for the street but non-spring ones are more recommended for motorsport.
