Description:
Our exhaust systems are from Sweden, by the brand Simons, and are manufactured to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Before these systems are brought to the market, a prototype is developed by the Product Development Department. This prototype is always custom-fitted directly to the vehicle, sound tests are performed, engine efficiency and back pressure are measured. This ensures a 100% fit and harmony with the engine. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, a turbocharged engine does not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is employed; both are highly effective at noise damping while still producing a sporty, throaty sound (subject to the observer of course). The sports exhaust systems mostly have an EC operating license (see description).
