Tuning Parts for Audi S3 8P 2.0 TFSI Quattro

We offer a wide range of tuning parts for the Audi S3 8P 2.0 TFSI Quattro. Most parts are plug and play, i.e., the original part is replaced, and the tuning part is reinstalled without changes or with minimal adjustment. This saves a lot of work, money, and time.

Turbocharger

The heart of the 2.0 TFSI, alongside the engine, is the Turbocharger. We offer various upgrade Turbochargers such as the K04-064 with a larger compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and reinforced Wastegate Actuator plug and play, as weaker actuators can't maintain the boost pressure at a certain level and start to flutter, therefore stronger wastegate actuators are needed. As a rule of thumb, from an opening pressure of 0.5 Bar, the actuator can achieve a holding pressure of about 1.3 Bar and then it starts to flutter. With this, a max of 300HP is possible. The turbocharger looks hardly different from the original. We offer original Borgwarners as well as our own brand „Turbo-parts.de“ which we have been successfully distributing for over 13 years. These are all finely balanced and have a long lifespan. To ensure the turbocharger gets enough exhaust gases, a corresponding larger Exhaust Manifold is required. For conversions with universal turbochargers e.g. GT28 Turbo or GT30 etc., a manifold that has the appropriate T25 or T3 flange is needed, these are also available in our range.

The turbocharger alone is not enough. Of course, the surrounding parts must also be exchanged to extract the optimal performance from the engine.

Exhaust Technology

To create as little backpressure as possible, Downpipes with a larger pipe diameter, e.g., 76mm, are needed to relieve the turbo and produce less backpressure. We also offer these with TÜV and with 200 or 100 cells sports catalytic converters.

To achieve a sonorous sound and allow enough exhaust gases to escape, we have various Sport Exhaust Systems usually from Simons from Sweden with EC approval, meaning they do not have to be registered and can be used legally on the road.

Intake

With upgrade turbochargers or with performance-enhanced engines, the original intake hoses often collapse, leading to loss of performance. We offer hoses reinforced with textile materials such as Silicone Hoses e.g Boost Hoses that withstan the performance. To achieve a higher airflow, bigger Intakes with sport air filters as well as larger air intake manifolds for optimal breathability. For specific conversions like the K04-064 53049880064 Turbo on a Golf 6 GTI, a Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Conversion Kit is needed.

Power Transmission

To transfer the power to the road, Sport Clutches are essential. We have complete kits with single mass flywheel, pressure plate, organic friction disc and release bearing that are also suitable for street use; spring-loaded sinter metal discs are also suitable for street use, only unsprung ones are more recommended for motorsports.

Cooling

To get cool air into the engine, a larger Intercooler Kit or an upgrade Intercooler is needed, because cooler air is denser and contains more air mass which again leads to more power. Especially in summer or during long drives on the highway, this makes a noticeable difference. We also offer these with TÜV.
