 Tuning Parts for Audi S3 8PA 2.0 TFSI Quattro

We offer a wide assortment of tuning parts for the Audi S3 8PA Sportback 2.0 TFSI Quattro. Most parts are plug and play, meaning the original part is replaced, and the tuning part is reinstalled without any modifications or with minimal adjustments. This saves a lot of work, money, and time.

Turbochargers

The core of the 2.0 TFSI, apart from the engine, is the Turbocharger. We offer various upgrade Turbochargers such as the K04-064 with a larger compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and a reinforced wastegate plug and play, because weaker wastegates can’t hold the boost pressure at a certain level and start fluttering, thus stronger wastegates are needed. As a general rule, starting from an opening pressure of 0.5 bar, the wastegate can achieve a hold pressure of about 1.3 bar and then it begins to flutter. This allows for a maximum of 300hp. The turbocharger looks almost identical to the original. We have genuine BorgWarner in our program as well as our own brand "Turbo-parts.de" which we have been successfully selling for over 13 years now. These are all finely balanced and have a long lifespan. To ensure the turbocharger gets enough exhaust gases, a correspondingly large Exhaust Manifold is needed. For conversions with universal turbochargers e.g., GT28 Turbo or GT30 etc., a manifold with the appropriate T25 or T3 flange is required, which we also offer.

Just having the turbocharger is not enough. Naturally, the surrounding parts must also be replaced to extract the optimal performance from the engine.

Exhaust Technology

To generate as little back pressure as possible Downpipes with a larger diameter e.g., 76mm are needed, to relieve the turbo and reduce back pressure. We also offer these with TÜV and with 200 cell or 100 cell sport catalytic converters.

To achieve a sonorous sound and to allow sufficient escape of exhaust gases, we have various Sport Exhaust Systems typically from Simons from Sweden with EC approval, meaning they do not need to be registered and can be used legally on the road.

Intake

With upgrade turbochargers or in power-enhanced engines, the original intake hoses tend to collapse, leading to power loss. We offer Silicone Hoses e.g Boost Hoses that can withstand the performance. To achieve more airflow, bigger intakes with sports air filters as well as larger intake manifolds for optimal air supply are necessary. For certain conversions like the K04-064 53049880064 Turbo on a Golf 6 GTI, a Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Conversion Kit is needed.

Power Transmission

To transfer the power to the road, Sports Clutches are essential. We have complete kits with single mass flywheel, pressure plate, friction disc with organic lining and release bearing which are also street compatible, sprung sintermetal discs are also suitable for the street but unsprung ones are more recommended for motorsport.

Cooling

To get cool air into the engine, a larger Intercooler Kit or an upgrade Intercooler is required, because cooler air is denser and contains more air mass which leads to more power. Especially noticeable during the summer or on longer highway drives. We also offer these with TÜV.

Engine Technology

For the engine to withstand certain performances, Forged Pistons and reinforced Connecting Rods are installed. Good experiences have been made with JE Pistons and Wiseco.

For a complete solution, we have pre-configured, coordinated
