Description:
Our exhaust systems originate from Sweden by the brand Simons and are manufactured to the ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released to the market, a prototype is developed by the product development department. It is always custom-fitted directly to the vehicle, sound test conducted, engine efficiency and backpressure measured. Thus, a 100% accuracy of fit and engine harmony is guaranteed. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, a turbocharged engine doesnt require exhaust backpressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is deployed, both are very noise reducing yet still produce a robust, sporty sound (subjective to the observer). The sports exhaust systems usually come with an EC operating permit (see description).
