 Tuning Parts for Audi TT TTS TTRS 8J 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, and 2.5 + Quattro

We offer a wide range of tuning parts for the Audi TT TTS TTRS 8J 1.8 TFSI, 2.0 TFSI, and 2.5 + Quattro. Most parts are plug and play meaning the original part is replaced and the tuning part is installed without any modifications or with minimal adjustments. This saves a lot of work, money, and time.

Turbochargers

The heart of the 2.0 TFSI, besides the engine, is the Turbocharger. We offer various upgrade Turbochargers such as the K04-064 with a larger compressor wheel, turbine wheel and a stronger actuator plug and play, as weaker actuators cannot maintain the boost pressure beyond a certain level and start to flutter, hence stronger actuators are needed. A rule of thumb is, starting from an opening pressure of 0.5 Bar, the actuator can achieve a holding pressure of about 1.3 Bar and then it starts to flutter. This allows for a maximum power of 300HP. The turbocharger is visually very similar to the original. We carry original Borgwarner in our program as well as our own brand "Turbo-parts.de" which we have been successfully selling for over 13 years. These are all finely balanced and have a long lifespan. To ensure the turbocharger gets enough exhaust gases, a larger Exhaust Manifold is required. For conversions with universal turbochargers like the GT28 Turbo or GT30 etc., a manifold that has the compatible flange T25 or T3 is needed, which we also offer.

Just having the turbocharger is not enough. Naturally, surrounding parts also need to be replaced to extract optimal performance from the engine.

Exhaust Technology

To generate as little back pressure as possible, Downpipes with a larger diameter, e.g., 76mm, are needed to relieve the turbo and generate less back pressure. We also offer these with TÜV or EC approval certificate, thus they don't require registration and come with 200 cell or 100 cell sport catalytic converters.

To achieve a rich sound and to ensure enough exhaust gases can escape, we have various Sports Exhaust Systems usually from Simons from Sweden with EC approval, meaning they don't require registration and can be legally used on roads.

Intake

For upgrade turbochargers or power enhanced engines, the original intake hoses tend to collapse leading to power loss. We offer Silicone Hoses e.g. Boost Hoses that can withstand the performance. To increase air throughput, larger intakes with sports air filters and larger intake manifolds ensure optimal ventilation. For certain conversions such as the K04-064 53049880064 turbo on a Golf 6 GTI, a Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Conversion Kit is required.
