Description:

The stainless steel ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbo which in turn results in more power, torque and lower exhaust temperatures. Possibly, the post-cat sensor has to be reprogrammed. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thereby prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined and there is a flex pipe in between, which absorbs vibrations well. Two lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm are welded in. A 200 cell cat is recommended. The downpipe is positioned between the turbocharger and the exhaust system. The connection to the exhaust is as original. It can handle power up to max. 400HP, naturally, the other components such as e.g.Exhaust System, Fuel Injectors, Manifolds, Intercooler, Turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted accordingly. The downpipe also fits upgrade turbochargers such as K04-001 plug & play.
