Description:
The downpipe was custom fitted to the vehicle and is directly manufactured in Germany. The ø 89mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn yields more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. It might be necessary to reprogram the post-cat oxygen sensor. The downpipe is made of stainless steel. The flange surfaces are milled flat. There are 2 lambda probe connections M18x1,5mm, as well as a V-band connection at 89mm with groove and tongue welded in. The connecting pipe to the exhaust is ø 60mm as original, we can also supply this in 70mm, 76mm or 89mm. Please specify when ordering.
The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 200 cell sports catalytic converter with ø 120mm diameter is welded in. It can handle a performance up to 600hp, naturally, other components like intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, Intercooler, Turbocharger must be installed and the software must be adjusted accordingly.
