Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 76mm downpipe significantly reduces back pressure, relieves the turbo which in turn brings more power and lower exhaust temperatures. Possibly, the post-cat probe must be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel so they do not warp and thus prevent leaks. The flange surfaces are machined. There are 2 lambda probe connections M18x1.5mm welded in. The connection pipe to the exhaust has ø 76mm, it can also be ordered with a reducer sleeve 76>60mm as original. The downpipe is situated between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 100 cell sports catalytic converter with ø 120mm diameter is welded in. It can handle power up to max. 500HP, naturally, other components like e.g., air intake, exhaust system, injectors, manifold, intercooler, turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted accordingly. The downpipe also fits upgrade turbochargers like K04-064 plug & play, it is simply exchanged 1:1 against the original.
