Our exhaust systems come from Sweden, from the brand Simons, and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released on the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always adjusted directly on the vehicle, sound tests are conducted, engine efficiency and back pressure are measured. This ensures a 100% perfect fit and engine harmony. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, turbocharged engines do not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used, both of which provide excellent noise insulation while still producing a sporty, powerful sound (depending on the viewers perspective). Most sport exhaust systems come with an EC type approval (see description).
