Our exhaust systems come from Sweden, from the Simons brand, and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are brought to market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always adjusted directly on the vehicle, undergoes a sound test, and measurements of engine efficiency and back pressure. This ensures a 100% perfect fit and motor harmony. Because a turbocharged engine does not require exhaust back pressure like a naturally aspirated engine does. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used. Both are very effective at reducing noise while still producing a rugged, sporty sound (as always, this is a matter of personal preference). Most sport exhaust systems have ECE approval (see description).
