Description:

Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the manufacturer Ray. They are distributed under the brand name Simons and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are introduced to the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This is always adjusted directly on the vehicle, sound tests are carried out, engine efficiency and back pressure are measured. This ensures a 100% fit and engine harmony. Because a turbocharged engine does not require exhaust back pressure like a naturally aspirated engine. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used, both of which are very sound-absorbing and still have a powerful, sporty sound (which, of course, is subjective). Most of the sports exhaust systems have EC approval (see description).
