Description:

Our heat wrap is ideal for wrapping exhaust systems, manifolds, downpipes, and more. The woven band, made from heat-resistant ceramic and titanium fibers, provides excellent thermal insulation, ensuring that the temperature within the wrapped component remains contained and is not radiated into the surroundings or the engine bay. This effectively protects nearby components from excessive heat, significantly reducing the temperature within the engine compartment. With a thickness of approximately 1 mm, the wrap should be applied with overlapping layers. A helpful tip: The titanium wrap does not necessarily need to be applied wet, but it is recommended to wear gloves while handling it.

Temperature Range: Resistant up to approx. 1000°C continuously, up to approx. 1300°C for short periods.
