Description:

The intercooler kit is installed between turbocharger and intake manifold. It is compatible with the vehicles mentioned above. The purpose of an intercooler is to cool down the air heated by the turbocharger. By cooling down the compressed air, more air mass can enter the combustion chamber at the same volume, allowing for more fuel to be burned, thereby increasing power and efficiency. The cooler the charge air, the lower the thermal load on the engine and turbocharger, as it requires less RPM for the same air mass. This also reduces fuel consumption and slightly improves exhaust values, provided that the control unit is appropriately adjusted. It is important that the intercooler receives ample airflow. The offered intercooler kit is entirely made of aluminum with cast end tanks, has 4 mounting points, and a Bar`n Plate network. It can support performance up to approximately 350HP. Ideal for motorsport and tuning. Each intercooler is tested up to 5 Bar before delivery.
