Description:

The intercooler kit is installed between the  turbocharger and intake manifold . It is suitable for the vehicles mentioned above. The purpose of an intercooler is to cool down the air heated by the turbocharger. By cooling down the compressed air, more air mass can enter the combustion chamber at the same volume, allowing more fuel to be burned, thus increasing power and efficiency. The lower the incoming air temperature, the lower the thermal stress on the engine and the turbocharger, because less speed is required for the same air mass. Fuel consumption is also reduced and the engine achieves slightly better exhaust values, provided that the control unit is adjusted accordingly. It is important to ensure that the intercooler receives as much airflow as possible. The intercooler kit offered here is completely made of aluminum with cast housings, has 4 mounting points and a bar and plate core. It can handle a power of up to approx. 350HP. Ideal for motorsport and tuning. Each intercooler is tested up to 5 bar before delivery.
