     Tuning Parts for Seat Leon 1P 1.8 TSI, 2.0 TFSI and 2.0 TSI FR Cupra R

    We offer a wide assortment of tuning parts for the Seat Leon 1P 1.8 TSI, 2.0 TFSI, and 2.0 TSI FR Cupra R. Most parts are plug and play, meaning the original part is replaced and the tuning part is installed without modification or with minimal adjustment. This saves a lot of effort, money, and time.

    Turbocharger

    The heart of the 2.0 TFSI, besides the engine, is the Turbocharger. We offer variousupgrade Turbochargers, such as theK04-064with a larger compressor wheel, turbine wheel, and reinforcedwastegate plug and play, because weaker wastegates cannot maintain the boost pressure at certain levels and start to flutter; therefore, stronger wastegates are needed. As a rule of thumb, from an opening pressure of 0.5 bar, the wastegate can realize a holding pressure of approx. 1.3 bar and then starts to flutter. This makes max. 300HP possible. The turbocharger is hardly distinguishable from the original. We have original Borgwarner in our product range as well as our own brand “Turbo-parts.de” that we have been successfully distributing for over 13 years. These are all precision balanced and have a long life. For the turbocharger to receive enough exhaust gases, a corresponding largerExhaust Manifold is required. For conversions with universal turbochargers e.g., GT28 Turbo or GT30 etc., a manifold with the matching flange T25 or T3 is needed, which we also have in our program.

    But it's not enough with the turbocharger. Of course, the surrounding parts must also be changed so that the optimal performance can be extracted from the engine.

    Exhaust Technology

    To produce as little back pressure as possible,Downpipes with a larger pipe diameter e.g., 76mm are needed to relieve the turbo and produce less back pressure. We also offer them with TÜV or EC approval, thus registration-free, and with 200 cell or 100 cell sport catalytic converters.

    To achieve a resonant sound and to allow enough exhaust gases to escape, we have variousSports Exhaust Systems typically from Simons from Sweden with EC approval, meaning they don't need to be registered and can be used legally on the road.

    Intake

    With upgrade turbos or in engines with increased performance, the original intake hoses often collapse, leading to power loss. We offerSilicone Hoses e.g.,Boost Hoses that can withstand the power. To achieve more airflow, larger Intakes with sports air filters and larger intake manifolds are used for optimal breathing. For certain conversions like the K04-064 53049880064 Turbo on a Golf 6 GTI, aBlow Off Valve (BOV) Conversion Kit is needed.

     

    Power Transmission

    To transmit the power to the road,Sports Clutches are essential. We have complete kits with single mass flywheel, pressure plate, friction disc with organic lining, and release bearings that are also street-friendly, spring-loaded sintered discs are also suitable for the street but unsprung are more recommended for motorsport.

    Cooling

    To get cool air into the engine, a largerIntercooler Kit or anupgrade Intercooler is needed, because cooler air is denser and contains more air mass, which leads to more power. This is especially noticeable in summer or during long highway drives. We also offer them with TÜV.

    Engine Technology

    For the engine to withstand certain performances,Forged Pistons and reinforced Conrods are installed. We have had good experiences with JE Pistons and Wiseco.
