Description plug&play 2.0 TFSI Downpipe:

The ø 89>76mm downpipe significantly reduces backpressure, relieving the turbo, which in turn provides more power and lower exhaust gas temperatures. The post-catalytic sensor may need to be programmed out. The downpipe is made of stainless steel except for the flanges, which are made of steel to prevent warping and thus prevent leaks. From the turbo, the bend up to the flex piece is in ø 89mm. The flange surfaces are machined. Two lambda sensor connections M18x1.5mm are welded in. The connection pipe to the exhaust has ø 60mm like the original, we can also supply this in 70mm or 76mm. Please specify when ordering.

The downpipe is located between the turbocharger and exhaust. A 200 cell sports cat with ø 110mm diameter is welded in. It can handle power up to max. 500HP, of course, other components such as Intake, Exhaust system, Injectors, Manifold, Intercooler, Turbocharger must be installed and the software adapted accordingly. This downpipe also fits upgrade turbochargers like K04-064 plug & play, it is simply replaced 1:1 with the original.

Approval according to §21 of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) must be performed by an officially recognized expert. Approval cannot be guaranteed. As the exhaust behavior depends on several properties such as exhaust gas temperature, engine power, engine displacement, etc., the specified Euro norm cannot be guaranteed.
