Description:

Our exhaust systems come from Sweden by the manufacturer Ray. These are marketed under the brand Simons or TA-Technix and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are launched, a prototype is created by the product development department. This is always directly adapted to the vehicle, sound test performed, engine efficiency and back pressure measured. Thus, a 100% fitting accuracy and engine harmony is guaranteed. Because a turbo engine, unlike a naturally aspirated engine, does not require exhaust back pressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption silencers are used and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used, both are very noise-dampening and yet still have a robust, sporty sound (naturally, subject to the observers opinion). The sport exhaust systems mostly all have an EC type-approval (see description).
