Description:

Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the manufacturer Ray. These are distributed under the brand Simons and are made according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems are released on the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This prototype is always tailored directly to the vehicle, sound tested, engine efficiency and backpressure measured. This ensures a 100% fit and engine harmony. Unlike naturally aspirated engines, turbocharged engines do not require exhaust backpressure. For turbocharged vehicles, absorption mufflers are used, and for naturally aspirated engines, a chamber system is used, both of which are very soundproof and still provide a sporty sound (of course, this is subjective). Most sports exhaust systems have EC operating approval (see description).
