We would like to point out that the installation of this article represents a modification that invalidates the type approval of the vehicle according to the StVZO. No use in public road traffic permitted.

Possibly, the exhaust system can be registered according to §21 StVZO by means of a successful noise and power measurement.

Description:

Our exhaust systems come from Sweden from the manufacturer Ray. They are distributed under the brand Simons and are manufactured according to ISO9001:2008 standard. Before the systems come onto the market, a prototype is created by the product development department. This is always adjusted directly to the vehicle, a sound test is carried out, engine efficiency and back pressure are measured. This guarantees a 100% fit and engine harmony. Because a turbocharged engine does not require exhaust back pressure, absorption dampers are used for turbocharged vehicles, while chamber systems are used for naturally aspirated engines. Both systems are very sound-absorbing and still have a powerful, sporty sound (which is, of course, a matter of personal preference). Most of our sport exhaust systems have an EG operating permit (see description).
